Return/Exchange Policy

We at HolylandProducts.coml are committed to ensure the customers satisfaction.
All non-defective purchases (except for customized items per the customer's request) can be sent back to us for an exchange or credit, or may return it for a refund (less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee) within 21 days after delivery.

However if we receive items within 14 days there will be no 15% restocking fee. Items when send back to us will have to be in the same condition after delivery, packaged and with all tags intact, provided the items where not used in any way. After 21 days of delivery of any item, they may not be returned. If your product is defective you may return it for a replacement or a full refund including shipping and handling.

Art work, or books that are defective will be exchanged for the same title or same artwork that was ordered originally.
Before returning any item you must contact HolylandProducts.com via email to info@HolylandProducts.com to receive a return authorization number RA #.

HolylandProducts.com will do its best to ensure that you receive your merchandise in proper condition.
